As ABC PLAY Playgrounds Limited Liability Company, Limited Partnership with its headquarters in Building E, Wisniowy Business Park, UI Ilzecka 26, 02-135, Warsaw, Poland.

The administrator has not appointed the Personal Data Protection Inspector.
Taking care of your rights and fulfilling the information obligation, in accordance with art. 13 section 1 and 2 GDPR below, we describe how we will process your data.

WHY AND HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

To properly perform our service, we acquire your personal data, including

  • Identification data: name and surname, company name, tax number, NBRN number, personal identity number, correspondence address, contact number and e-mail address, personal data obtained from public registers, bank account number.
  • Personal data included in the documents we receive from you in relation to the services we provide.
    The above data is necessary for us for:
  • conclusion of the contract and for its performance;
  • maintaining telephone, email and personal contact;
  • compliance with legal obligations imposed on us by state authorities, including insertion and storage of invoices, bills;
  • pursuing a legitimate interest, including marketing – answering your questions, preparing offer suggestions available in ABC PLAY Playgrounds Limited Liability Company, Limited Partnership, support you during the implementation of our service;

Legal basis: art. 6 clause 1 let. a (your consent); Art. 6 clause 1 let. b (Conclusion and performance of the contract), art. 6 clause 1 let. c (Implementation of legal obligations) and art. 6 clause 1 let. f (Legitimate business).

We will only transfer your personal data to three groups of recipients:

I. persons authorized by us, our employees and co-workers who must have access to data in order to perform their duties;
II. processors entrusted with this task, participating in the performance of our activities:

  • operating our ICT systems or providing us with ICT tools, including servers;

III. other data recipients – external entities:

  • authorities to which we are required to provide data under applicable law, including Tax Office, Social Insurance Institution, National Tax Administration;
  • entities conducting postal or courier services whose services we use;
  • entities conducting payment activities to make payments Banks, Payment / financial institutions;
  • entities cooperating with us in handling tax, legal, consulting, accounting, insurers – to the extent that they become a data administrator.

For how long are we going to process your personal data?

  • Your personal data will be processed throughout the duration of our cooperation. However, no longer than it is mentioned in the law.

What rights do you have regarding the processing of personal data?

  • The right to access your personal data – obtaining information about the purpose and method of processing your personal data and a copy of the data.
  • The right to rectify data – to correct data when it is incorrect, has changed or has become outdated.
  • The right to partial or total deletion of data (“Right to be forgotten”) – to delete data that is processed without legitimate legal grounds.
  • The right to limit processing – i.e. limit the processing of data only to its storage.
  • The right to transfer data – i.e. to obtain your personal data that you have provided to us or to indicate another administrator to whom we should transfer it, if it is technically possible.
  • The right to object to personal data whose submission is voluntary – i.e. for direct marketing purposes.
  • Right to withdraw consent – you can withdraw any consent that you have given at any time. Please remember that we will no longer process data for the purpose indicated by you, but until we withdraw your consent, we have the right to process your data.

Right to lodge a complaint:

  • You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw. if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the law.
